All quotes are free, with no hidden fees.

2. Quote Requests & Communication

When you submit a quote request, including your name, contact details, move information, or photos, you consent to be contacted by Seattle's Best Moving by phone, text, or email regarding your request. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding until a written agreement is signed. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

3. Photo Uploads

Photos you upload are used solely to help us prepare an accurate estimate for your move. They are stored confidentially and are not published or shared without your written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Hourly rates and minimums are described on our Rates page. Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit/debit card payments may be subject to a small processing surcharge as disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Liability & Insurance

Seattle's Best Moving is licensed and insured in Washington State. Liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) regulations and the terms of the written estimate or bill of lading provided at the time of service. Optional valuation coverage may be available; please ask your move coordinator for details.

6. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your booking confirmation.
